Comet Sprouts & Comet Sprouts Academy Membership Terms of Use

Effective Date: 1/24/25

These Terms of Use & Membership License Agreement (“Agreement”) constitute a legal contract between you (“Member”) and Comet Sprouts / Comet Sprouts Academy (“Comet Sprouts”). By purchasing and accessing memberships or educational resources from us, you agree to the terms below.

1. Grant of License

As part of your membership, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and download the resources available in your member account area for personal, non-commercial use. This includes:

  • Puzzles & Brain Teasers: Word searches, cryptograms, mini crosswords, rapid sudoku, calcudoku, mazes, word scrambles, nonograms, crossmath, and mandala generators.
  • Educational Activities: Science worksheets, math worksheets and books, pixel color-by-number pages, and other printable assets.

The license is limited to use within a single classroom, home-based childcare program, tutoring group, or homeschool setting with a maximum of 40 enrolled students.

2. Account Setup and Access

Members must log into their account to download resources through the links found in our store listings and Activity Library. Credentials must be kept confidential.

3. Permitted and Prohibited Use

You may print and display resources for your own students/children. You may not share, resell, upload to public platforms, or create derivative works. Usage is strictly for personal/educational enrichment and not for commercial distribution.

4. Copyright and Ownership

All content remains the intellectual property of Comet Sprouts. Membership grants a limited license, not ownership.

5. Duration and Termination

Memberships are valid for the term specified (1 or 2 years) and do not auto-renew. We reserve the right to suspend access for Agreement violations. Lifetime Access remains valid as long as the service continues.

6. Refund Policy

All sales are final due to the digital nature of the content.
